Kelsey is the newest yellow ranger in the Power Rangers series. Before coming a power ranger, she was a rock climber.
Notes:
Kelsey drives Haz Rescue 4, and sits in the second row of the Rescue Humvee, and usually wears head phones around her neck in her casual clothing, yellow ones, to be specific.
