Chad Lee, Blue Lightspeed Power Ranger

Chad is the newest blue ranger in Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue. Before becoming a Lightspeed Power Ranger, he worked at a water theme park like
Sea World, doing tricks with the animals. When he was asked to become a ranger, he relunctantly said yes. Chad admits to anything that he can't do, an example
is with the Rail Rescues, but luckily, they are automatic in moving.
Notes:
Chad drives Aqua Rescue 2, and sits in the second row of the Rescue Humvee, and usually describes something with the word "power".
Chad has had very few lines in the first few episodes, he's had only one or two speaking lines in the first two eps.
