There's always an ugly looking dude who makes the monsters, like Finster in MMPR. But
each of those series, they made there monsters in different ways, like in MMPR, Finster would
put them into an oven and bake them and the monster would come out of the machine. In this series,
most monsters will already be made. When the rangers defeat a monster, Jinxer will usually get a card
and throw a lot of them at the monster to help it grow. Pierre has been in the shadows so far, and I don't
have all the GoGoV tapes so you'll just have to wait for more info.
